2. BE PATIENT WHEN IT COMES TO REACHING YOUR PHYSICAL GOALS
Remember, developments take time. Believe on yourself. Nothing good comes easy. Learn to fall in love with the course and the person you become throughout the journey.
3. DO NOT GIVE UP THE FOODS YOU LOVE
I am a solid follower in never giving up the diets you love.  If pizza is your favourite food, do not give up. This will leave you feeling needy. Get productive and use clear ingredients to make best your health version.
4. DO NOT COMPETE WITH ANYONE
This is your life and your thinking. No two people are the equal, so you should never match yourself to other persons. As long as you get up  early in the morning every day and try to be better than you were last day, you are on the right way.
5. TRY NEW THINGS
Step out of your comfort zone. Try a new healthy class with a friend and research different diets. Grocery shopping based on what's in season is an easy way to found experimenting with different foods and showing yourself to a wide range of fruits and vegetables. If you have never breakfast prepped before, try it out! Stepping out of your comfort zone and connect with think up will keep things interesting and support you stay guided and excited to make this way of living a permanent life.
